In line with their continued growth and development, our client are looking for a strong HR Service Delivery Lead to manage the Global HR Services function.
·Accountable for the oversight of all HR services to the business, in collaboration with their respective Regional Service Owners
·Lead the HR Service Management Committee with key HR ExCo members to ensure Services operate to the required standard.
·Accountable for the accurate reporting of service quality and cost/ pricing (as provided by the HR Chief Administration Officer for cost and HR Chief Control officer for risk) to the business Services Company
·Owner of the Service Delivery Model for HR, ensuring integrated solutions across HR service and Channels and joined up employee experience
·Through partnering with all HR functions, formally establish service definitions, key indicators to measure the value that HR provides to CLIENT as well as those key indicators needed to ensure the smooth internal operation of the function
·Act as the interface between the HR function and the Service Companies to ensure requirements are met.
·Establish and operate a service management framework across the HR function to ensure that HR leadership teams at the country, region and global levels are adequately informed on the quality of HR services and take concerted action to ensure continuous improvement
