REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree
  • Relevant Professional Qualification
  • Human Resources Generalist
  • Minimum of 10 Years’ Relevant Experience (at least 4 years should be at managerial level)
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with colleagues
  • Experience in coaching staff
  • Experience in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Ability to give presentations
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Planning Skills
  • Strong I.T Skills
  • Strong Problem Solving Skills
  • Ability to write Clear, Concise and Comprehensive Cases

  • Experience in Payroll and Compensation Management
