Working alongside a small HR team, this role will have responsibility for the following:
· Leading on the day to day HR activities.
· Advise the business on all aspects of talent management and learning & development.
· Partner with the Head of HR and the Heads of Business to advise and resolve any employee relations or performance management issues.
· Work alongside an HR Business Partner to ensure that policies and HR approach is consistent.
· Advise the business on compensation & benefits queries.
· Provide support and guidance to the Head of HR on the roll out of a new HR system (Workday)
· Manage HRMI and HR reporting, where required.
